UV-curable pressure sensitive adhesives are 100% solid systems that develop adhesion upon ultraviolet (UV) light exposure.
Unlike solvent-based adhesives, these solvent-free systems eliminate VOC emissions during curing, offering environmental and safety advantages.
Allow higher coating thickness compared to solvent-based adhesives
UV-curable pressure sensitive adhesives are used primarily in electronic component material-related applications such as thick-film optically clear adhesives (OCA), optical lamination tape, and protective films.
Beyond these applications, we offer a comprehensive range of grades for industrial double-sided tapes, construction materials, and medical applications, providing adhesive solutions that meet customer requirements under strict quality control.
