Emulsions for Film Substrates
Emulsions for Film Substrates
Provides excellent adhesion to OPP and PET films, making it ideal for inks, varnishes, and primers in flexible packaging applications.
Characteristics
- Provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.
- Offers superior flexibility, conforming to film deformation.
Emulsions for binders
- Excellent adhesion to PP, PE, PET, and other film substrates.
- Provides excellent water resistance, abrasion resistance, and anti-blocking properties.
- Available in both non-crosslinking and self-crosslinking grades. The self-crosslinking type develops enhanced adhesion and other properties through progressive crosslinking during film formation.

Primer emulsion
- This primer enables strong ink adhesion even on traditionally incompatible film-ink combinations.
- Primer application is compatible with both inline (immediately before pattern printing) and offline pre-coating processes.
